Reysaş Strengthens Its Renewable Energy Investments by Acquiring 100% of Çağlayan HES Enerji Üretim A.Ş.

Reysaş continues to expand its investments in renewable energy in line with its sustainable growth vision.

The Company has acquired 100% of the shares of Çağlayan HES Enerji Üretim A.Ş., a hydroelectric power company operating in Trabzon, for USD 6.93 million, marking another significant step in its investments in the energy sector.

With an installed capacity of 6.2 MW, the Çağlayan HES investment will contribute to clean and renewable energy generation while supporting Reysaş' strategy of diversifying its business activities.

Following its investments in logistics, warehousing, railway transportation, real estate, agriculture, and tourism, Reysaş continues to strengthen its presence in the energy sector, creating long-term value for the Turkish economy through environmentally responsible and sustainable investments.
