Reysaş GYO’s New Warehouse Investment in İzmir Menderes

Reysaş GYO has added another investment to its portfolio in the Görece area of Menderes, İzmir.

As Reysaş GYO, we have acquired two plots of land with a total area of 23,680 m² in the Görece region for TRY 278.24 million, adding them to our portfolio.

A warehouse project is planned to be developed on these properties for lease to existing and new customers.

As we continue to strengthen our investments in logistics and warehousing, we are expanding our portfolio, developing modern storage facilities tailored to our customers’ needs, and continuing to create sustainable value.
