A FIRST FROM REYSAŞ IN TÜRKİYE: TÜRKİYE’S LARGEST MULTI-STOREY VEHICLE STORAGE AND PREPARATION FACILITY PROJECT

Reysaş is bringing a new investment to the logistics and warehousing sector by launching a large-scale project unlike any other in Türkiye. As part of the project, which represents an investment of approximately TRY 1 billion, a 130,000 m² vehicle storage area investment has been made for the multi-storey vehicle storage and preparation facility named “REYPARK.”

With this project, Reysaş aims to establish a modern and controlled system as an alternative to the non-standard and unhygienic conditions caused by the uncontrolled use of vacant lands as vehicle parking areas, particularly in the Marmara Region.

The new facility is designed not merely as a vehicle parking area, but as an integrated center where all pre-shipment processes for completed vehicles ready for export, import, and distribution will be carried out. Within this scope, vehicles will undergo PDI and PDS operations, while washing, detailed inspections, technical checks, and all pre-delivery preparations will be performed at a single location.

Once completed, the project will offer a storage capacity of up to 10,000 vehicles, together with approximately 100,000 m² of open area capacity. Thanks to its multi-storey and enclosed structure, vehicles will be protected from rain, hail, chemical exposure, and external environmental risks.

Through this investment, Reysaş is introducing Türkiye’s first modern vehicle preparation and storage system of this scale, setting new industry standards and bringing a new vision to the sector. With the REYPARK project, the company aims to strengthen logistics infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and promote sustainable solutions in automotive logistics.
